We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to discuss whether a GMLB Membership Health Assessment would be appropriate for your club. We will not use your data for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
We do not sell, share or transfer your personal data to third parties.
Where a club submits membership data for the purposes of a GMLB assessment, that data is governed separately by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) entered into between GMLB and the club.
GMLB does not require or process personal member data. All membership data submitted for analysis is anonymised and aggregated — consisting of join dates, leave dates, membership category and handicap status. No individual member can be identified from the data we work with.
We process your contact enquiry data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to a direct enquiry you have chosen to submit. You are under no obligation to provide this information and may withdraw your enquiry at any time by emailing info@gmlb.co.uk.
Enquiry data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, unless a commercial relationship is established, in which case data is retained in accordance with our standard business record-keeping practices.
