Most clubs can provide the data we need from their existing management system. The process is straightforward — tell us a little about your club and we'll take it from there.
If you'd prefer to start with a lower-commitment first step, request the Health Check — a simplified analysis based on minimal data that gives you and your board a first view of your club's structural position at no cost.
We'll answer any questions and explain exactly what a Full Membership Assessment would involve for your club.
If appropriate, we'll send a data specification and work with you to prepare the membership export.
Once data is received, we complete the analysis and your results are made available on the GMLB app.
No personal member data is required. GMLB works with anonymised, aggregated membership data — join dates, leave dates, membership category and handicap status. All data is handled in full compliance with GDPR and treated with strict confidentiality.
